Refunds & Returns

Due to the hygiene and personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@skinbiosisplus.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrived damaged upon arrival, please contact us with your order number and clear images of the damage. Once the issue is verified, a replacement or a refund will be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
